Introduction:
Nd:YAG(Neodimium Doped Yttrium Aluminum Garnet) laser crystals are used in all types of solid-state lasers systems-frequency-doubled continuous wave, high-energy Q-switched etc. Compared with Nd:YVO4, the fluorescence lifetime of Nd:YAG is twice longer, and the thermal conductivity is also better.

Material: Nd YAG crystal, Nd-doping 1.0%atm
Design: Brewster angled on 2 endfaces, 61-deg standard
Shape/Size:

Laser rod/slab: total length 23.34mm; Center length: L20mm; W3.0xT2.0mm

Surface Quality:

S1+S2(W3.0xT2.0mm): parallel, Brewster angled,polished, uncoated,10-5 S/D,<lambda/10 @ 633nm; these 2 are for lasing surfaces

S3+S4: L(20.0+1.67)xT2.0mm; polished and AR coated; 20-10 S/D, <lambda/10 @ 633nm; these 2 are side-pumping surfaces; Parallelism >1-deg (wedged in order to avoid lasing between S3 and S4.)

S5+S6(W3.0x23.34mm): find ground 120-grit; these 2 are for mounting purpose.
